2 Die After Truck Flips in Pennsylvania

State police found a Pennsylvania driver and his New Jersey passenger dead after a pickup truck they were in left the road, flipped onto its roof and became partially submerged in a marsh.

Police say they found the truck on late Saturday afternoon in Ross Township, Pennsylvania about 65 miles north of Philadelphia.

They're investigating to figure out exactly when the crash happened.

The driver, 47-year-old Howard Brown, of Saylorsburg, Pennsylvania was thrown from the pickup. His body was found underwater behind the vehicle. Police say Brown wasn't wearing a seat belt.

Brown's 39-year-old passenger, Tara Hallingse, of Lebanon, New Jersey, was found in the passenger seat. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

Autopsies are planned for both victims.
