Wilmington police are investigating two instances of indecent exposure on the same city block.
The more recent incident occurred Tuesday night. Police say a resident told police she saw a man masturbating as he looked through a neighbor's window. The resident started banging on the window, and the man fled.
On Aug. 10, police say a man exposed his genitals to a woman after she responded to a knock on her door.
Police say they haven't determined for sure if the same man is responsible for the indecent acts, both of which occurred in the 1400 block of St. Elizabeth Street.
