2 Alarm Blaze Disrupts Traffic in Burlington County

Crews fought a 2-alarm blaze that broke out in a Burlington County warehouse Saturday.

Firefighters were called to the scene at 200 Rhawn Street in Delanco at 5:30 p.m., according to authorities.

Clouds of smoke, which can be seen billowing from the fire, forced officials to temporarily suspend service on the New Jersey Transit River Line, according to the Riverside Police Department.

The blaze was placed under control just after 8:15 p.m.

The light rail service, which runs between Camden and Trenton, resumed operations around 8:30 p.m., the Riverside Police Department said.

Reports indicate the warehouse is vacant.

No injuries were reported and a cause is not yet known.
