Sea breezes will offer some relief to people heading to the Jersey shore, with temperatures in the low to mid 80s. But people heading to Delaware beaches won't be quite as lucky because temperatures are expected to be around 10 degrees hotter there.
Many beach-goers will cool off with a dip in the ocean and water temperatures will be around 70 degrees.
