A 13-year-old boy is out of the hospital after he was shot in the leg in Germantown Friday night.

Police say the teen was at a party on Musgrave Street shortly before 9 p.m. when a fight broke out nearby. As the boy walked towards the fight, police say someone opened fire and the boy was struck in the leg. Investigators say the boy was an innocent bystander.

The teen was taken to Einstein Hospital and later released. No arrests have been made. Police continue to search for suspects.
