An 11-year-old girl was sexually assaulted Thursday morning while walking to daycamp, sources said.
The attack happened at around 9 a.m. on the 600 block of 43rd Street in West Philadelphia, according to sources.
The attacker, believed to be between 14 and 16-years-old, apparently dragged the girl onto the front porch of a 43rd Street home and sexually assaulted her, sources said.
Police caught the suspect not far from the scene, sources reported.
The girl was taken to The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
