9 Students, 2 Adults Injured in School Bus Crash

It happened shortly after 4 p.m. at Hessian and Grove Street in National Park, NJ.

Police released surveillance video of a school bus accident in Gloucester County.

It happened shortly after 4 p.m. at Hessian and Grove Street in National Park. Investigators say a silver SUV slammed into the side of a school bus from Greenfields Elementary School in West Deptford. Surveillance video from a nearby restaurant captured the collision.

Nine students and two adults on the bus were taken to the hospital and treated for minor injuries. All 11 were released.

The driver of the SUV refused medical attention, according to police. Investigators say he admitted he was at fault and that he ran a red light. He has been charged with careless driving and failure to show proof of insurance.
