A gunman opened fire on a West Philly street early Tuesday morning, shooting a man in the foot and putting bullet holes in nearly a half dozen cars.
The 21-year-old shooting victim arrived at Mercy-Fitzgerald Hospital a short while after police responded to reports of gunfire near 62nd and Vine streets in West Philly, officials said.
The shooter also hit five parked cars -- four on 62nd Street and one on Vine Street, police said.
Authorities recovered multiple shell casings from the scene.
There is no known suspect nor motive at this time.
