A female driver hit a police cruiser just after 7:00 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of Larkin Road and Chichester Avenue in Linwood.
Two police cars were traveling on Chichester Road to respond to a call. A woman driving on Larkin Road hit the first police car, authorities said.
The injured officer has been identified as Jason Yaletchko, of the Upper Chichester Police Department. The female driver involved in the accident hasn't been identified.
Both were taken to the hospital. No word yet on their conditions.
State Police are now investigating the crash.
