Person Dies After Car Hits Pole

One person died after a car hit a pole in Springfield Township Bucks County Monday morning.

Police rushed to the scene of the deadly wreck at Richlandtown Pike near Pumping Station Road around 9 a.m.

The intersection was closed in both directions as authorities investigated.

Pennsylvania State Police said one person died in the crash. No further information was made available about the victim or if anyone else was injured.
