Delaware County Police are searching for a hit-and-run driver who collided with another car Saturday.
Investigators were called to the southbound lane on Interstate 476 at exit 3 in Springfield shortly before 6 p.m. Police say one person was transported to the hospital. No word on that person's condition.
Police are looking for a large, older model SUV with red faded paint. The driver is described as a black male, wearing a dark hoodie and baseball cap.
