Investigators say the driver lost control of the car and crashed into a utility pole

One person is dead and another injured after a crash in Chester County.

Police say shortly before 3 a.m. Saturday the driver of a Hyundai Tiburon lost control at the intersection of East Reeceville and Zynn Road and smashed into a utility pole.

The condition of the injured person, who was taken to Paoli Hospital, has not been released.
