Man Struck, Killed While Trying to Cross Bucks Co Road

The accident happened around 2:30 Friday morning.

Police say 44-year-old Enrique Garcia was walking on Bristol Pike when he was struck and killed. The driver of the striking vehicle says he didn't see the man in the road. He is cooperating with police.

Police say 44-year-old Enrique Garcia was walking on Bristol Pike when he was struck and killed. The driver of the striking vehicle says he didn't see the man in the road. He is cooperating with police.

One person is dead after being hit by a car in Bristol overnight.

Police say 44-year-old Enrigue Garcia, 44, may have been standing or trying to crossing Route 13-Bristol Pike NB near Bath Road around 2:30 Friday morning when he was struck and killed by a pick-up truck.

The driver of the pick-up truck says he simply did not see the victim. He is cooperating with police. 

Bristol Pike NB was closed for a few hours following the deadly accident.
