1 Dead in Accident on Rt. 73 in Palmyra

The cause of the crash is under investigation

    The Tacony Palmyra Bridge has reopened following a deadly accident on Route 73 early Sunday morning, according to police.

    Investigators say one person was killed after a car flipped over in the southbound lane on Route 73, just south of the bridge.

    The bridge was closed for nearly seven hours but has since reopened.

    Police have not released the victim's identity. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
