U.S. Marshals arrested Rashawn Carter and William Cooper on charges of murder 9 p.m. Thursday. Marshals are still looking for a third person.
The men are accused of killing Oscar Medina Hernandez, a 29-year-old father of two, while he was in his Woodlynne, N.J. bakery at about 8:30 p.m. Oct. 14. Three men were caught on surveillance cameras attempting to rob the bakery, said police.
Carter and Cooper were arraigned at Camden County Court Friday.
The Citizen’s Crime Commission was offering a $1,000 reward for any information that would lead to the arrest & conviction of the people who shot and killed Oscar Medina Hernandez.
