Thursday morning, 7-year-old Gina Marie Rosario was laid to rest. She was one of four people killed in the tragic Feltonville crash.

Family and friends gathered at St. Peter’s Roman Catholic Church to remember the little girl.

Gina’s mother, Tammy Rosario, is deaf and through an interpreter told NBC10 that she was watching Gina when the crash occurred.

“She was happy, she was playing. I was watching her, she was fine, and then the car just came and hit her and then everything was just chaos,” explained Tammy.

This was the second funeral this week for the community. The funeral for Aaliyah Griffin, 6, was Tuesday.

Friday, the funeral will be held for the final two victims, Latoya and Remedy Smith, at United Methodist Church in Bala Cynwyd.

Remedy was just shy of her first birthday.

Last Friday, a cheerful party turned into a gathering of tears as the community gathered together to have cake for the baby girl.

The fatal crash occurred when Donta Cradock, 18, and Ivan Rodriguez, 20, stole a motorcycle in North Philadelphia. Rodriguez took off on the motorcycle while Cradock sped away in a silver Pontiac Grand Am.

The car was traveling nearly 70 miles per hour when it crashed, killing all four victims who were on the sidewalk enjoying the summer evening, accident investigators said.

Rosario and Griffin were killed instantly -- 22-year-old Latoya and her daughter Remedy died at the hospital.

Cradock was on parole and his mother told NBC10 that she called more than a month ago to have her son readmitted into a juvenile facility, no one responded to her plea.
