SEPTA Settlement Possible

An announcement is expected within the hour that could mean an end to the SEPTA strike.
Union leaders were headed to the Bellevue hotel at 11:45 p.m. Governor Ed Rendell was there as well.
If both sides have reached an agreement, city services would resume for Monday morning's rush, sources tell NBCPhiladelphia.
We'll post an update as soon as we hear definitely one way or the other.
