Last week, Vice President-elect Joe Biden purchased an adorable German Shephard puppy from a Chester County kennel.  This week, the kennel received citations from the state Department of Agriculture.

The citations were issued to the owner of Wolf Den kennel, Linda Brown.

She was cited for violating the dog law for not providing records for dogs purchased or sold and not providing complete rabies vaccination records for her adult dogs, a kennel inspection report noted.

There was also a strong smell of ammonia inside the house where many of the dogs were held.  Plus, some outdoor kennels had broken wires and piping, dog wardens said.

Biden's new 3-month-old puppy bought from local breeder, Linda Brown, in Chester County.

Brown could face up to $500 in fines for each citation.
