A 13-year-old boy is fighting for his life after he was hit on Wednesday while riding his bike and Lower Merion Police need your help finding the person who hit him.

The teen, who was struck on New Gulph Road around noon, suffered serious head injuries and was flown to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.

Police are now searching for the driver, who they believe to be a female between the ages of 30 and 40, that was driving a gold or tan station wagon, possibly a Volvo, with damage to the windshield and passenger side of the car.

Police also believe the driver was aware that she had hit something because according to witnesses the car slowed down and the suspect appeared to look back before fleeing the scene.
