Accusations of identity theft and fraud kept a Lynyrd Skynyrd fan from a concert in Delaware.

April Heiser, 36, was arrested as she walked into the concert at the Delaware State Fair Monday night, Delaware State Police say.

The Lewes woman is accused of using the personal information of a 27-year-old woman to open a credit card account.

She opened the account and then received the card at her home between June 9 and June 20, police said.

Wal-Mart’s loss prevention manager and the fraud investigator for the credit card company aided state police in their identification of Heiser as the suspect.

During the time Heiser had the credit card, she allegedly blew about $2,328 at clothing stores and various eateries.

Heiser’s been released on a hefty $9,000 unsecured bond, but she’s facing some charges. They include identity theft, a theft of $1,500 or greater and the unlawful use of a credit card.
