The Smoking Gun has gotten its hands on a civil suit claiming that Donald Duck got his hands on a local woman’s breasts while she was visiting Epcot Center.
Upper Darby resident April Magolon, 27, says that she was groped by the Disney duck while vacationing with her family in 2008.
According to court documents, the employee dressed as Donald Duck grabbed the young mother’s breast and molested her. The over-sized duck then made gestures, jokingly indicating he had done something wrong.
Now, Magolon is suing Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, claiming negligence, battery and emotional distress, reports the Smoking Gun.
The document also claims that the incident is just one in a long line of “similar prior incidents.”
In 2004, a Disney World employee dressed as Tigger was charged with molesting a 13-year-old girl and her mom.
Magolon is seeking more than $50K in damages from the “Happiest Place on Earth.”
Disney is challenging the lawsuit, which was filed last month in a Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas.
