Daycare owner Gladys Castro couldn't believe her eyes when she looked out the window Tuesday to see a hooker and John engaging in a sex act. They were steps away from where children play, so she decided to do something about it.

Castro walked out of the center, which is part of her home in the Frankford section of Philadelphia, around 12:30 p.m. to confront the two, screaming, "What you do in my neighborhood?" as she snapped pictures with her cell phone.

The hooker and man were none too pleased. Lori Ley and Stephen Montagno grabbed Castro's cell phone and when she tried to get it back, the duo pulled her into their red car and began to beat her.

"They pulled me inside the car and drove me to the stop sign and when I was inside the girl started punching me. And she told the man, let’s kill this M.F.," Castro recalled.

They made it about a block when what Castro describes as "angels" intervened. Those angels were actually four Philadelphia Police officers on bike patrol. The officers surrounded the car and rescued her.

Castro suffered bruises to her face, legs and hips. Her attackers were arrested and slapped with numerous charges including Criminal Conspiracy, Aggravated Assault, Robbery and Kidnapping and Indecent Exposure.

As for the next time Castro goes to stop prostitution, she says "first 9-1-1, then a bat."

Here is the cell phone picture Castro took of the man accused of taking part in the sex act.

Lori Ley, 27, is the woman charged in the case.

Stephen Montagno, 39, is the man police charged.
