A Philadelphia cab driver was shot and wounded Thursday morning.
The Old City Cab driver picked up two men at Broad and Tasker Streets and dropped them off at 25th and Ritner Streets—That’s when the two men allegedly tried to rob the driver and shot him in the leg.
The cabbie got away and drove himself to the nearest police station.
He was taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and is in stable condition with wrist and leg wounds.
No arrests have been made.
