A manhunt is on for masked men who committed a brazen armored truck heist in broad daylight.
The robbery happened outside the TD Bank branch at 710 Old York Road in Abington Township, Pa. around 9:40 a.m. Thursday, FBI spokesperson J.J. Klaver said.
Authorities say the armored truck guards were making a delivery when a light blue or sliver minivan pulled up to the truck. Two masked suspects jumped from the side door and demanded the bank bag full of cash at gunpoint. A third unmasked man waited in the driver's seat of the van.
After grabbing the bag containing $200,000 in cash, the suspects got back into the minivan and sped off heading south on Old York Road.
No injuries were reported. Officials are calling the suspects "armed and dangerous."
The FBI and local authorities are investigating.
