More than a dozen people were rushed to the hospital after an early morning fire broke at a Bucks County apartment complex Sunday morning.

It happened at the Bucks Landing Apartments Warminister just before 5 a.m., according to investigators.

Fire raced through a third floor hallway in one of the buildings on Street Road.

Some residents were rescued from third floor windows. Some of the victims were children, officials said.

All the victims suffered smoke inhalation. They were treated and released. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
