Hey gals... if your time of the month gets really bad, and you're a smoker.... those cigarettes may be why.

A new study in the American Journal of Epidemiology finds that how much you smoke, and when you start smoking affects your chances of having PMS.

It concludes that female smokers between 27 and 44 years of age are twice as likely to develop PMS.
