Valentine's Day candy has hit the shelves and it's sure to hit your kid's mouth. Those candy hearts and chocolates could do a number-- a number of cavities, that is-- on those pearly whites.
If you don't have dental insurace, don't worry. Over 20 volunteer dentists across the city will "Give Kids a Smile" Thursday, February 5, with a free dental exam!
Philadelphia public school students have off this Thursday, so the Public Citizens for Children and Youth (PCCY) has teamed up with the South East Pennsylvania Oral Health Task Force to provide kids with free screenings, cleanings, sealants, and some dentists will even fill cavities.
