“Biggest Loser” host Alison Sweeney is the proud mother of a new baby girl.
Sweeney gave birth to daughter Megan Hope Sanov at 11:48 PM on Sunday, a rep for Sweeney confirmed to Access Hollywood.

“Megan was 6 lbs., 7 oz., and everyone is doing great,” the rep added.
And the new addition to the family comes just in time to see her mom in action on TV tonight.

“Ali can’t wait to watch ‘The Biggest Loser’ tonight with her daughter,” the rep noted.
Earlier in the day, prior to giving birth, Sweeney was working on the set of “The Biggest Loser,” filming the show’s current seventh season.
Sweeney also has a 3-year-old son, Ben, with husband Dave Sanov. The couple tied the knot in July 2000.

In early December, Sweeney appeared to be going into labor during an interview on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.” However, her rep later told Access it was all “part of a stunt for the giveaway segment” on the show.
