If Blacks make up less 14% of the population and are almost 40% of all recipients, then they represent about 2.5 times their actual population. Since Whites are over 50% of the total US pop., they represent less than their overall piece of the pie, population-wise. • Linda Wednesday, Nov 5 at 2:32 PM FLAG COMMENT I didn't vote for Obama, and the issue wasn't about his color. I believe he can grab people's attention with the way he speaks, but it doesn't mean he can run the country affectively. What scares me most besides the economy is how he thinks he's going to change the healthcare system which is killing my husband's business and it only includes 2 employees and our 4 kids. Also, another scary thing is if he's going to change and Supreme Court Justices, so they can overturn the partial-birth abortion law. Now, if that's not murder, I don't know what people are thinking.
