A council borough in Delaware County unanimously approved several agreements with the developer of Wawa Corp's expansion in Media, Pa.
The Wawa Annex 5 office building, totaling 98,000 square feet, will be constructed behind the company's Red Roof mansion, which is located on its 26-acre campus on West Baltimore Pike, according to the Daily Times.
