Vacancy Hits 1234 Market St. in Center City

The Center City building that houses SEPTA’s headquarters has large swath of vacant space that has become available for the first time in a decade.

The 20-story, 672,143-square-foot structure at 1234 Market St. has about 70,000 square feet of empty space across three floors.

Some of the space came available through the agency consolidating operations and other portions had been subleased and those tenants have relocated out of the building, said Michael Gallagher of Flynn Co.

Gallagher, Brendan Flynn and Doug Himmelreich are handling the leasing and property management of the building. Read more about this story on PBJ.com
