Real estate mogul Donald Trump bought himself an early Christmas present this holiday -- a golf club.

Trump snatched up the 360-acre Pine Hill Golf Course in Pine Hill, N.J., a spokesperson announced Thursday.

The club was established in 2001. The $45 million course designed was by golf architect Tom Fazio.

Adjacent to the course is a 43,000-sqaure-foot clubhouse, which sits on the highest elevation point in South Jersey.

In true Trump style, his newest purchase will bear his name -- Trump National Golf Club - Philadelphia. He will also dump $2 million in improvements into the course.

The purchase price was not disclosed.
