A new competitor is hitting Philadelphia's healthy-eating market later this year, making Pennsylvania only the third state it's expanded into.
Austin, Texas-based Snap Kitchen will be opening a handful of stores in the Philadelphia region by the end of the year, with the hope of opening more in the future.
"Our hope, within the first 90 to 120 days, is to have four to five stores ready to open," co-founder Martin Berson said.
