Lean Cuisine is recalling three very popular chicken meals because some customers have found small pieces of hard plastic in them

If you have the Lean Cuisine Pesto Chicken with Bow Tie pasta, Chicken Mediterranean or the Chicken Tuscan, return them to the store for a full refund.
