Former Philadelphia Phillies pitcher Roy Halladay has sold his Newtown Square, Pa., home for a cool $1.96 million. That's $100,000 over the asking price.
Halladay bought the home for nearly $2.3 million in 2010. The five bedroom, 7,891 square foot estate manor is located at the end of a cul-de-sac. It features 6.2 bathrooms, a pool, guest house and an exercise room and sauna.
It spent 99 days on the market.
