People in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware were flocking to stores and gas stations Tuesday to grab up Mega Millions lottery tickets before the mega $355-million drawing Tuesday night.
The multi-state lottery game’s "Mega" jackpot is one of the Top 10 in history and has even casual players dreaming big of everything from buying a new house to giving it all away.
Just one buck could win millions -- it's quite the draw.
If there is only one winner they will get the option of either taking the full $355-million jackpot in 26 annual payments or claiming a lump-sum payment of about $224 million.
The total is the second largest in the history of Mega Millions.
Tickets for the big drawing are sold in 41 states and the District of Columbia. Numbers will be drawn at 11.
