Give thanks for cheaper gas!
For the first time since 2005, gasoline prices nationwide are averaging less than $2.00 a gallon.
The Lundberg survey shows the national average for a gallon of self-serve regular has dropped to $1.97, which is a 33-cent plunge from two weeks ago.
Here's what we're paying on average:
- In Philadelphia and its Pennsylvania suburbs, a gallon of regular is $2.10.
- In northern Delaware, you’ll pay $1.89.
- In South Jersey, expect to pay $1.83.
