Gas Prices Fall in Time for Labor Day

AAA says the number of Americans traveling for the upcoming Labor Day holiday weekend will increase 9.9% from 2009.
Approximately 34.4 million travelers will take a trip at least 50 miles away from home.
Just in time for the Labor Day weekend gas prices have dropped to the lowest point of the summer. The price at the pump has crept down to within pennies of last year’s Labor Day prices. The national average price for a gallon of regular gas has held steady this week at $2.68. The price is the same in the 5 county Philadelphia area. In Delaware, the average is $2.54 and in New Jersey prices have fallen to $2.45.
