Greater Philadelphia is home to at least four schools that are among the most valuable and affordable higher education options in the country.
Among the region's private universities, the University of Pennsylvania ranked 26th out of 705 schools in Money Magazine's new ranking of colleges and universities that provide the best value for the tuition dollar. Swarthmore College landed the 100th spot on the list.
University of Delaware was the top-ranked public university from our area, placing 25th among public universities and 54th overall. The College of New Jersey was ranked 94th out of the 705.
