Carla Hall, a finalist on Bravo’s Top Chef and current co-host of ABC’s The Chew, is planning to open a number of casual, Nashville, Tenn.-inspired restaurants, and she’s getting a little help from students at Drexel University.
Hall’s interior design and architecture team originally reached out to James Feustel, director of the Department of Culinary Arts and Food Science at Drexel, through his commercial kitchen design firm, Feustel Food Service Design.
But, when Feustel saw the opportunity to get Drexel students involved, he jumped at the chance of making it all 100 percent Drexel’s venture. Read full story here
