North Broad Jazz Restaurant Gets ‘Deal of a Lifetime': Broker

What began as a whisper eventually became the “deal of a lifetime," as a new restaurant is set to revitalize North Broad Street and reestablish Avenue of the Arts North, the broker behind the deal said.

Real estate and investment firm CBRE announced last week it brokered the lease of a new restaurant with brothers Robert and Benjamin Bynum for an upcoming unnamed, 6,200-square-foot restaurant at 600 N. Broad St.

The Bynum brothers are behind restaurants like Warmdaddy’s, Heirloom, Paris Bistro and jazz club Zanzibar Blue, which closed in 2007. Read the full story here.
