3 Rescued From Under Tractor Trailer

They were trapped when their car got crushed under this tractor trailer

Three people were rescued after their car got crushed beneath a tractor trailer in Warwick Township, Bucks County, Pa. on Friday afternoon.

The accident happened on Mearns Rd. and West Bristol Rd. around 1 p.m.

Warwick Twp. Police Chief Mark Goldberg said that from what witnesses described, the tractor trailer was turning into the intersection when the driver of the car went through a red light.

The victims were taken to Abington Memorial Hospital. They were all reported to be in "stable" condition, according to police. The driver of the truck, which was being operated by the U.S. Postal Service, was not hurt.
