Police are clearing the scene after the bomb squad was called to a Center City building.
Police say a suspicious package was found in front of the Criminal Justice Center. 13th and Filbert was blocked off as police investigated.
Shortly before 11:30 a.m., police announced the package was a suitcase full of clothes. The scene is currently being cleared.
