Fire Burns Through Row Home



    Crews get the fire in Southwest Philadelphia under control. (Published Monday, March 31, 2014)

    Thick smoke poured from a Philadelphia home this morning.

    Firefighters battled back the flames at a row home along the 6300 block of Saybrook Avenue in Southwest Philadelphia around 9 a.m. Monday.

    No injuries were immediately reported.

    Firefighter got the fire under control in less than 30 minutes.

    The full extent of damage wasn't immediately known.
