A 9-year-old girl was shot in the arm outside her house on the 700 block of Jackson Street Monday night.
The shooting happened around 5:45 p.m.
The girl was taken to Jefferson Hospital where she was listed in stable condition, Philadelphia Police said.
The exact circumstances of the shooting weren’t clear and no immediate arrests were made.
