Officials with the Department of Homeland Security and Philadelphia Police are responding to a situation in Center City Philadelphia.
A suspicious looking man was reported entering a parking garage at 16th and Callowhill Streets around 2 p.m., sources say.
When officials arrived, the male was gone, but a notebook computer, anti-Israeli books and a Molotov cocktail were found, sources said.
The Philadelphia Police bomb squad is on the scene and investigating, police confirm.
