A deadly fire engulfed a Harrisburg home on Jefferson Street Monday night, killing a 48-year-old woman as well as her four children who ranged in ages from two to four years old.
Fire crews arrived on the scene within three minutes of it being reported shortly before 8 p.m., according to Chuck Ardo, a spokesman for the Harrisburg mayor’s office.
By then it was too late however as the crews were unable to pull out anyone alive.
The names of the victims have not been released and the cause of the fire is still being investigated.
