One person was trapped after a dump truck overturned in Delaware County.

A dump truck overturned Monday morning in Delaware County leaving its driver dead.

County officials said the driver died at the scene at Concord and Tuscany Roads in Aston, Pa. That's not far from Neumann University.

The deadly crash caused traffic troubles around 9:30 a.m.

County dispatchers said crews rushed to the scene to try and free the trapped driver. One of those emergency vehicles -- a fire SUV -- crashed into a stone retaining wall while responding.

As SkyForce10 hovered overhead a short time later, crews could be seen working on the red dump truck. The truck dumped its load over the side of the road. It also capture the crashed emergency vehicle.

Authorities didn't identify the truck driver.
