Cab Driver Death Not From Hit-and-Run: Cops

Police say that the death of a cab driver in West Philadelphia was not from a hit and run as they initially believed.

Instead they say that 64-year-old Milton Stackhouse had an unknown medical condition which caused him to lose control of his cab and strike other vehicles, leading to his death.

The accident happened early Tuesday morning on 37th and Chestnut around 5:30 a.m.

Stackhouse was pronounced dead at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
