6 Hurt in Burlington County Crash

Four pople were hurt in a multi-car crash along the 1300 block of Rancocas Road in Burlington Township Friday, March 15, 2013.

A multi-vehicle crash along Rancocas Road in Burlington Township, N.J. left six people injured Friday night.

A county dispatcher said two vehicles collided around 7:15 p.m. along the 1300 block of Rancocas Road.

Two people were flown to Cooper University Hospital in serious condition, according to authorities. One woman was taken to Helen Huld Medical Center. No word on her condition at this time. Three others suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

SkyForce10 hovered over the scene near County Road 541. From above one car, a metallic-looking sedan appeared to have the roof entirely torn off.

Rancocas Road is a mostly residential two-lane street near the crash site, however, there is a parking lot for the Holy Trinity Church nearby.

The cause of the crash in under investigation.
